Use this form to file a request under EU data protection law (GDPR Art. 15-21). You do not need a CUEBES account. We will email you to confirm the request before we act on it. Without that confirmation step the request expires after 30 days.

If you already have a CUEBES account, the in-app flow at Settings → Your Rights is faster and does not require email confirmation.
