Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security to your CUEBES account by requiring a second verification step when you log in.
Setting Up 2FA
- Go to Settings > Two-Factor Authentication
- Scan the QR code with an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, etc.)
- Enter the 6-digit code to confirm setup
- Save your backup codes in a safe place
Backup Codes
When you enable 2FA, you receive backup codes. Store these securely — they let you access your account if you lose your authenticator device.
Disabling 2FA
You can disable 2FA from Settings if needed. You will need to enter a valid 2FA code or backup code to confirm.
