Right to Object (Art. 21)

Object to specific types of data processing

1 min read Updated June 9, 2026

Under Article 21 of the GDPR, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing purposes.

Your Privacy Controls

CUEBES gives you granular control over your data processing through Privacy Controls, where you can manage:

  • Who can see your real name, location, and contact information
  • Notification preferences
  • Connected account permissions

Filing a Formal Objection

If your concern is not addressed by privacy controls, you can file a formal objection:

  1. Go to Settings > Your Rights
  2. Click "File Objection" under Right to Object
  3. Describe which processing you object to and why
  4. Submit your objection

Our compliance team will review your objection within 30 days and notify you of the outcome.
